For vendors :

Vendors will receive a password and account designation in order to update their products data and images.
This means that they, and not 'SFD e-exhibition’ , are entirely responsible for all Content that they upload.
They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account as well, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password or account.
They agree to (a) immediately notify 'SFD e-exhibition’ of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure they exit from their account at the end of each session.
'SFD e-exhibition’ cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from their failure to comply with these instructions.
